Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill will headline a mega card in Las Vegas this evening as UFC 300 marks a special event for the sport. 

The UFC’s first numbered event occurred in 1993 and now over 30 years later, it has reached a new landmark.

For the 300th UFC main card, Dana White has pulled together an impressive set of fights with Pereira, Hill, Zhang Weili and Yan Xiaonan starring.

Justin Gaethje and Max Holloway are also part of the action while Charles Oliveira is stepping into the octagon again.

UFC 300: How to watch 

UFC 300 will take place on Saturday, April 13 and is being held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The preliminary card is expected to get underway at around 11:30pm UK time but the exact start times are yet to be confirmed.

The main card is likely to start at 1am UK time before the main event gets underway between 4am and 5am.

The prelims will be broadcast like on the UFC Fight Pass and fans can sign up for the pass for £6.99 per month HERE.

Then in the UK, the main card will be broadcast live on TNT Sports PPV.

UFC 300: What has been said? 

Holloway has been speaking about his preparation for his bout against Gaethje and has also teased a ‘special’ surprise set to happen in the press conference.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, he said: “There’s nothing much [left that] you can do you know.

“All the hard work is done, we got a couple of hard workouts [left] but ain’t nothing you know, there’s nothing you can do in 2 weeks to get ready for next Saturday.”

 

He continued: “I heard that they’ve got something special planned for the press conference.

“So I’m looking forward to fight week.”
